These Terms & Conditions explain how Saturn Therapies provides sessions, programmes, memberships, and events. By booking or attending, you agree to these terms.

Trial Memberships

Some Saturn Therapies memberships or programmes may begin with a free trial (for example, 7 or 14 days).

No payment will be taken until the end of your trial period.

At the end of your trial, your chosen payment method will be charged automatically for the agreed membership or programme fee, unless you cancel beforehand.

To cancel before payment is taken, cancel directly through the booking platform or email [email protected].

Training, Courses & Workshops

Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Please only book if you are able to attend, as places are limited and often prepaid.

Bookings can be made via our website or through official Saturn Therapies booking links shared on calls, webinars, or social media.

Payments

Full payment is required before the course or workshop begins (unless otherwise stated).

Invoices are due within 7 days of issue.

Fees include tuition and any digital or printed materials.

Cancellations

More than 3 months before the start: 50% of fee payable.

Less than 3 months before the start: 75% of fee payable.

Less than 6 weeks before the start: 100% of fee payable.

Complimentary Events

Free events really are free. However, as spaces are funded in advance, please make every effort to attend. If you can’t join, you may send someone in your place. Free places are not transferable to future dates.

1:1 Coaching, Therapy & Past Life Regression Sessions

Sessions can be booked individually or as part of a package.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. After this, the session is non-refundable.

All sessions (including past life regression and spiritual readings) are intended for personal exploration and growth. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Outcomes vary for each individual and cannot be guaranteed. You remain responsible for your own wellbeing and any decisions made following the session.

Hypnosis and Regression Sessions

Clients may occasionally experience resistance to hypnosis or regression.

Clients are fully informed of the nature and potential benefits of these practices prior to sessions.

Past life regression is spiritually based, with information believed to originate from the client’s own soul (also referred to as “Higher Self,” “Subconscious,” or “Oversoul”).

If guidance is received regarding lifestyle or health changes, clients remain solely responsible for any actions taken and are advised to consult their healthcare provider as appropriate.

Spiritual Past Life Session Fees

Payment must be made at the time of booking or prior to the session.

Clients agree to the designated time block. Sessions may end early or run up to 30 minutes longer than scheduled with no additional fee.

As results vary and no guarantees are made, fees are non-refundable except where the session is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.

Aftercare for Regression or Past Life Readings

These sessions may be emotionally impactful. Clients are encouraged to take care and rest for 24 hours afterwards.

A healing meditation will also be provided following the session, tailored to the client’s needs.

Memberships & Programmes

Some programmes may be paid for in monthly instalments.

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all instalments on time.

Missed payments may result in removal from the programme and the balance becoming due immediately.

Refunds are not available once a programme has started unless required by law.

Pricing

Prices are correct at the time of booking but may be reviewed periodically.

Extras such as certificates or add-ons may incur additional costs.

Once your booking is confirmed, pricing changes will not affect you.

We deliver all services with care, skill, and professionalism. However, as outcomes depend on individual engagement and circumstances, results cannot be guaranteed. You remain fully responsible for any decisions or actions you take following sessions, courses, or programmes.

Unforeseen Events

If unexpected circumstances (such as illness, venue issues, or technical problems) prevent us from delivering a service as planned, we may reschedule, amend, or cancel. In such cases, we will offer you an alternative date, credit, or refund where appropriate.

Your personal data will be handled in line with data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. By booking, you agree that Saturn Therapies may contact you with details of your sessions, updates, or relevant offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions form the entire agreement between you and Saturn Therapies and replace any previous agreements.

No waiver of rights shall prevent further enforcement of these terms.

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the remainder will still apply.

These terms are not intended to benefit any third party.
