Across the 4 hours, we move through
two core phases.
You’ll be guided into a relaxed regression state to explore the origins of patterns such as:
self-doubt or fear of judgement
difficulty being seen or expressing yourself
emotional responses that feel bigger than the present moment
The intention here is understanding, not force. When the root becomes clear, the nervous system naturally softens.
From this place of awareness, we gently release what no longer needs to be carried. This may include:
outdated emotional imprints
limiting beliefs formed through past experiences
inherited or learned patterns that no longer align
This phase is calm, grounded and integrating rather than intense.
